This pains me to write because I LOVE Big Kahunas (and I know their food is fantastic) but the portion size of tonight’s meal was incredibly disappointing. Very busy she seamed Overwhelmed, that night. 6 mins for a waitress to come to our table to get us our drinks and We were ready to order our Pizza and Salads. There trying hard to provide Service to All there Customers. Nice atmosphere, Front desk friendly very nice staff. I still recommend coming here if you're wheelchair bound like me, just get the food to go!! 😉
It wasn't a problem because we got there towards closing, but would be otherwise. They also don't have handicapped parking. This establishment is not wheelchair accessible so it was a good thing I can walk short distances and waddle in.
It was delicious! I also ordered the lobster bisque and it was good, but my husband's clam chowder was the best I have ever had! Definitely a must 's like an "O" for your mouth. Best waitress I've had anywhere! I asked her what she recommended and I got my very first lobster roll. I thought ok but the waitress is going to be annoyed and rush us she didn't, the exact opposite. We got to the restaurant near closing expecting to get turned away, but we weren't. I highly recommend this place as a must if you're in the area. I absolutely loved this place! From the decorations to the food and especially our waitress. This was my first visit to New Hampshire and The Lobster Boat.
